Thank you Webster's Pages

For asking li'l ol' me to be your Guest Designer for November. I adore Webster's pages. Their products have such an elegant vintagey (yep, thinkin' I made up that word) feel to them. The first layout plays double duty for me as I used a Clear Scraps 12x12 acrylic sheet with it and just cut along the flower edge. Their acrylic really is the best, cuts like butter and is embossable, which you'll soon see when I post the rest of this month's CS projects!

A Million Memories November kit and Clear Scraps

Yeah, busy weekend for me. I got the family settled into bed on Halloween evening and got to work. Stayed up until 3:00 a.m. working on projects. Couldn't help it...had some mojo, quiet house, good tunes playing and lots of fun stuff in front of me to create with.

Pink Paislee Projects

First a big thank you to Pink Paislee, they were very generous with their sponsorship of the design team at A Million Memories. I was sent the Pop Fashion line and adored working with it. It's a very feminine line and was perfect for using wiht photos of my little Natasha.

It's open!!!

Well, I did it. I've been wanting to start a small little ETSY shop. As of yesterday it is officially open. Click on the link on the right side bar to be taken to it. My long term goals with it are to sale cards, paintings and jewelry. There are some cards for sale the other items will take a while for me to get on there. Check the store frequently as I will be adding stuff often...hopefully!

Exciting things are a happening!!!

I can't believe that I have not blogged about this yet. Talk about being way beyond excited!!! I received a lovely little email a couple of weeks ago from a company that manufactures Clear acrylic albums, pages and shapes. This was a congratulatory email about making their design team!!!! Clear Scraps has some amazing products that I cannot wait to work with. Let me tell you this team is going to be a lot of fun. It's a fun group of talented ladies. A Million Memories is having an online crop this weekend starting Friday evening with an online chat at 7:00p.m. PST. We will have some fun challenges and some amazing prize packages, check them out...holy pete is Michelle ever generous, these are fabulous!

Since it has been a while, I'll leave you with some layouts and a few cards...

I'd also like to take a minute and mention a major loss that this scrappin' industry has endured. Aleida Franklin passed away this last Friday in a motor vehicle accident. She was such fabulous light and personality and she will be missed by so many. My prayers and hugs to her husband Brandon and her children Joshua and Isabella. I'm so thankful that she was able to shine her light on my world even if just for a little bit. Rest in peace my friend.
