No, it's not winter...

One might think it is with these two projects. These are the last two projects that I made for Clear Scraps for CHA. I didn't have time to post them before I left. Such fun to see your stuff on display and everyone looking at it!

This first one is made with the new release...small snowflakes. Comes with six on a binder clip, so I still have two more to use.

This next one is made using the coffee clear and chip set. You get a sheet of chipboard and a sheet of acrylic. Each had 6 coffee cups and coordinating shapes. I still have a ton left over to make more out of it. The cover and back of this mini are chipboard and the inner pages are acrylic.

There are more pages for this, but I won't bore you! Have a great weekend!

More Clear Scraps

This time we were sponsored by the company My Little Shoebox, thus their paper, tiny letter stickers and die cuts were used on the following two projects. This is going to be a quick post as I have much more work to get done prior to flying out early Monday morning.

First is a layout using the Large Circle Shape from Clear Scraps. The letter around the edge are stamps from My Stamp Box, just stamp 'em on paper of choice and hand cut them out. Buttons are all courtesty of Moxxie.

This is an album made with the Clear Scraps Mix It Up arrow chipboard album.

Didn't show you all of the photos for this one...tried to not make this too photo heavy! Enjoy the rest of your weekend. Back to "work" I go.

I can see CLEARLY now...

Ha! Not really. I have, however been working my way through a long list of Clear Scrap Projects that I need to get done for next week. Lucky you...I have some to share with ya! ;)

Moxxie sponsored the Clear Scraps design team and let me say they were VERY generous. The first line that I received from them was dog themed. Not usually something I would use...I try to stay away from themes and don't usually focus on my dog as the subject of my work. However, when asked...I do (ok maybe not always...) So this bone shaped Clear Scrpas album stars our dog YOSHI.

This next project was made with the Banner acrylic album from Clear Scraps and the Moxxie carnival line. I didn't have any pics that could be used with this line of paper so I chose to make a party banner with it.

That's all for now, I hope to be back with more before I leave next week!

Belated A Million Memories July kit projects

What can I say it is summer and time with the family has taken precedence! We just got back the other day from spending a splendid two weeks at our little cabin. Lots of sun, games and boating. The hubs had to come home to work a shift in the midst of the two weeks. When he came back he brought my AMM box back with him and I had myself a little scrapfest! Here are my projects.

This first one is of Natasha and her daddy at the pool in Arizona...I got a ton of fun shots of them playing. I just love how happy her little face is! One thing that you cannot tell in this photo is the turquoise Prima paper in the background, all of those swirls are flocked. Love the texture it adds to the page when you see it in real life!
This second one just makes me smile. I love all of the interesting little outfits that my daughter comes up with!
This last layout was a lot of fun to make. I used the negative space from one of the chipboard frames that was in the kit and used it as a mask to make the scalloped rectangles. Just sprayed them with three different colors of Glimmer Mist. The last project was a set of cards. The design team was asked to make a shaped layout this month and I decided to make three little mini cards that were shaped. I'll be adding a little video tutorial to the message board at AMM, stop by and take a peek. I've made these videos before and post them on You Tube. I don't think I have ever shared them here. What amazed me was the last time I was on You Tube I checked out my list of videos and I was shocked when I had seen how many times they had been viewed. One of them had over 3500 viewings! Who knew?!
If I remember, I'll come back and post the link for this video once I get it uploaded. I'll be back soon with some Clear Scraps stuff...been working my tushy off with their products. Oh, and if you love Clear Scraps they are having a huge sale right now....www.clearscraps.com

New Clear Scraps Cog Album

We are now allowed to share our projects that we have been working on for the upcoming CHA show. The first proect that I will be sharing with you is a chipboard album. Scrap Within Reach developed a line of products called Industrial Park that go hand in hand with this album. I have to say that I loved the combination of the two together. Very masculine and perfect with these pictures I had of the ever so cooperative Declan! {not!}...

Just finishing up the July kit for A Million Memories...I'm behind this month due to being out of town, been busy catching up and am almost done with it. Stay tuned...also will have some more Clear Scraps stuff!

Creative Imaginations...

I swear this company makes some of the most beautiful papers!!! I was lucky enough to have A Million Memories send some along with some really cool vintage trims...here's what I made with them.
This first one is for my Aunt MarySue. You see it's all her fault. My daughter loves all things pink. Apparently once you have a pink marshmallow you can never go back to boring old white. She's been ruined I tell ya!

These photos on this next one were taken one day when we were playing in the park. The ruffles were made with tissue paper that I misted with Glimmer Mist and then cut out with pinking shears.

This last one was made for a member lift from the gallery at A Million Memories. Some of the design team members chose the same layout from the gallery and made our own layouts using that as an inspiration. Here is my take on it...

Thanks for stopping by. I'll be back soon with some new work for Clear Scraps involving some new releases for the upcoming CHA!
