Belated A Million Memories July kit projects

What can I say it is summer and time with the family has taken precedence! We just got back the other day from spending a splendid two weeks at our little cabin. Lots of sun, games and boating. The hubs had to come home to work a shift in the midst of the two weeks. When he came back he brought my AMM box back with him and I had myself a little scrapfest! Here are my projects.

This first one is of Natasha and her daddy at the pool in Arizona...I got a ton of fun shots of them playing. I just love how happy her little face is! One thing that you cannot tell in this photo is the turquoise Prima paper in the background, all of those swirls are flocked. Love the texture it adds to the page when you see it in real life!
This second one just makes me smile. I love all of the interesting little outfits that my daughter comes up with!
This last layout was a lot of fun to make. I used the negative space from one of the chipboard frames that was in the kit and used it as a mask to make the scalloped rectangles. Just sprayed them with three different colors of Glimmer Mist. The last project was a set of cards. The design team was asked to make a shaped layout this month and I decided to make three little mini cards that were shaped. I'll be adding a little video tutorial to the message board at AMM, stop by and take a peek. I've made these videos before and post them on You Tube. I don't think I have ever shared them here. What amazed me was the last time I was on You Tube I checked out my list of videos and I was shocked when I had seen how many times they had been viewed. One of them had over 3500 viewings! Who knew?!
If I remember, I'll come back and post the link for this video once I get it uploaded. I'll be back soon with some Clear Scraps stuff...been working my tushy off with their products. Oh, and if you love Clear Scraps they are having a huge sale right now....www.clearscraps.com

Tonya, I had to get a piece of paper and pen to write down all the ideas I got from looking at your layouts. Honestly, I am loving that you used the scallop rectangle negatives as a mask. Such a great idea!

Glad you took time with the family and made them take precedence. That's how it should be!

Thanks for the inspiration today! :o)
