This first layout was made using an XL Clear Scraps shape. I darkened the edges of the Hambly paper with distress ink. Love the way that the white stripes of the woodgrain resisted the brown ink, creating a much more striking effect. These pics. are of my youngest son. He and his siblings were hanging out in the hot tub and he wouldn't quit splashing, too many warnings and a time out ensued. Kind of sucks when you have to sit on the steps and they are all in the water having a great time.
This next one is of my daughter playing around in one of her dress up dresses. This one is done on one of the large lace doily transparencies from Hambly.
Followed up by two cards. The heart and the leaves were cut using my Silhouette.
What are you all up to this weekend? It's just me and the four kiddos for the next week. We have some baseball games if the weather holds. Hoping tonight's gets rained out so that I can go out to dinner with some girlfriends. Is that bad of me????? Have a great one!

Girl what do you not do .. these turned out fabulous. Thanks for stopping by girl .. appreciated that ;o) and you are so right I think I would freeze them and then hang them upside down to dry out like roses LOL .. wonder how long they would last then....
We just sat through soccer...in the rain and dark...last night. No canceling here.
